how can i get the mind map format of electronic componets

I understand that a mind map is a graphical representation? If you want a graphical representation of a circuit, you want a schematic. If you are trying to get a block diagram graphical representation of certain portions of a more complicated system, you will have to draw it on your own if it isn't provided, there is no "conversion."
